In the South Pacific, murder veteran Willard Russell has been tortured and failed to save his beautiful wife, Charlotte, from a painful death from cancer, regardless of how much blood her victim has shed in his “prayer diary.” There’s a team of male and female serial killers, Carl and Sandy Henderson, who travel the streets of America in search of suitable models to photograph and destroy. Theodore, a lame guitar virtuoso who escapes the law, is played by spider operators Roy Spider and Sidekick. And at the heart of it all is Arvin Eugene Russell, an orphan of Willard and Charlotte, who grows up to be a good person but also a cruel person within himself.
